[Remote] Marketing Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a Marketing Intern, you'll support both the Corporate Support Office and home builder partners by assisting in marketing campaigns and design asset creation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reputed company brand templates for builder partners and internal divisions
- Assist with reputed company reviews and project releases
- Review agent marketing intake requests and assist with project breakdown
- Aid in designing marketing and sales assets for new marketing initiatives
- Maintain workflow reputed company our Project Management System
- reputed company effectively as a member of the project team and ensure timely project completion
- Conduct research as needed for client requests; reputed company reputed company on design and marketing trends
- Timely, aesthetic, accurate, and error-free work is reputed company
- Take notes during calls and meetings and attend weekly review/status meetings
- Update monthly reporting for various campaigns

- Any other responsibilities consistent with the Marketing Intern position

Skills
- Must be available to work 10-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday in the Central Time Zone. Afternoon availability is required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of branding and the role visual elements play
- Strong research, relationship, and project management skills

- Self-starter who constantly seeks out new ways to improve and advance our mission
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Suite, and AI-driven tools. Comfortable with reputed company InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and project management platforms such as reputed company is a plus
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment

- Hybrid in-person work two days per week in the Elmhurst, IL corporate office is preferred; remote work is welcome
- Education: Preferably a junior, senior, or recent graduate with a Business or Communications Bachelor's degree
