[Remote] Deal Desk and Sales Operations Engineer - reputed company

They are seeking a Deal Desk & Sales Operations Manager to support the sales team by structuring reputed company deals and managing the systems and processes that drive reputed company. The role involves collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Legal, ensuring efficient deal execution and reputed company process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle — from quote creation and pricing approval through order reputed company execution and booking — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed across reputed company's API and reputed company contract motions
- Partner directly with reputed company to structure reputed company deals, advising on pricing, discount reputed company, payment terms, and contract configurations that balance customer flexibility with reputed company's reputed company goals
- Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of our GTM tech stack, including reputed company CRM, our migration to SFDC and implementing a CPQ tool
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, and Finance, shepherding non-standard terms and escalations to resolution without slowing down deal velocity
- Identify friction points across the sales cycle and proactively drive improvements — whether that's building approval workflows, standardizing order reputed company templates, improving rep reputed company, or documenting pricing policy
Skills
- Deal Desk or RevOps Experience: 4–6 years in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or reputed company Operations role at a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- reputed company Acumen: Strong grasp of SaaS pricing models, subscription and usage-based reputed company, and reputed company recognition fundamentals (ASC 606/US GAAP)
- Systems reputed company: Experience with contract management and e-signature tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and a track record of improving the systems around them
- Usage-Based Billing Experience: Familiarity with API or consumption-based pricing models and the deal structures that come with them
- Early-Stage Exposure: You've reputed company or helped build a deal desk or sales ops function at a Series A/B company where the reputed company didn't exist yet
