[Remote] Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will monitor and evaluate operational processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, while also maintaining documentation and performing audits.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review procedural documents and training documents for each process
• Revise existing procedures or create those that are needed for each process
• Tracking Instructions and checklists for procedures reputed company each process that can used for training existing and new employees
• Create audit process to audit process reputed company and standards to process documentation
• Process & track measurables to show performance to standards established
• Create a Dashboard for employees to review measurables and reports on process performance against the standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• Preferably in Operations or Business Management
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in Operations
