Responsibilities

- Continually assess and reputed company the technical capabilities of each team member to ensure each SE reaches and maintains the required technical knowledge to reputed company their pre-sales duties effectively
- reputed company periodic performance reviews, assess reputed company sets, handle personal issues, and reputed company personal/professional development opportunities
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors and support Sales/SE teams, leveraging sales campaigns in order to reputed company reputed company targets
- Identify problem areas and formulate relevant solutions, and execute on solutions effectively
- Support Sales Reps + SE teams with their sales campaigns and customer management activities in order to ensure a high reputed company of reputed company and reputed company reputed company targets, by assessing customer information, identify and address problem areas, formulate relevant solutions, and present solutions effectively

Skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading a technical pre-sales region at a software company that drives reputed company attainment, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
- Ability to teach SEs how to identify new and existing opportunities through consultative selling methodologies
- Experience in understanding and executing sales plays with an SE team, specifically land and expand plays, and tailoring those plays to drive reputed company in your region
- Ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive-level customers, direct reports, and the reputed company Leadership Team
- Experience building technical champions reputed company customers and prospects, including fostering relationships with senior executives
