[Remote] Inside Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking)

The Inside Sales Representative will communicate with expectant families about cord blood banking options and reputed company exceptional customer service through various channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service on reputed company inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions
• Remain reputed company on reputed company procedural activities and follow reputed company
• Remain reputed company on reputed company training and other administrative tasks
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and client service goals
• Adhere to reputed company Consumer Sales processes and policies
• Review recorded calls with the manager to identify best practices and areas of opportunity
• Ensure quality standards are met per company Quality Policy
• Generate IRs to capture client and other relevant issues
• May be trained as a mentor/trainer
• Ensure client data, including personal, credit card and medical information is protected

Skills

• Speaks both English and Mandarin
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Knowledge of Siebel Systems, Inc. Contact Management systems
• Knowledge of reputed company Internet Explorer Internet software
• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Spreadsheet software
• Familiarity with MS Office
• May be required to work hours (weekends/holidays) reputed company the normal business schedule
• Responsible for monitoring work hours to avoid the accrual of overtime. Overtime must be approved by a manager
• May be required to be accessible by pager/cell phone during off hours
• Work hours dictated by requirements of the Consumer Sales department
• Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent experience above
• 2+ years of previous inside sales or call center experience is a plus/preferred
