The role involves managing lease data reputed company, supporting team members, and leading process improvements in lease administration.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and review data center reputed company leases and sublease entries, lease modifications, and financial data setup in the lease management system
• Serve as a second-level reviewer to validate accuracy and ensure data reputed company across the portfolio
• Review and reputed company lease-reputed company payments and billings to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• reputed company support and guidance to team members, manage their time and workload
• Respond to lease-reputed company audit inquiries
• reputed company and participate in lease administration projects, including system upgrades, implementation of new ledgers, acquisitions, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842, IFRS 16, and reputed company’s internal reputed company policies
• Audit lease provisions and payment terms to ensure SOX compliance and adherence to reputed company-to-Settle policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Controllers, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, SMS, Project Managers, and external landlords or tenants
• Support global reporting efforts through regular data audits and the preparation of regional lease data for internal and external stakeholders
• Work with multiple currencies and reputed company lease documents using reputed company’s translation tools as needed

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in reputed company estate/ data center lease administration, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• BS in reputed company, with strong understanding of lease reputed company under ASC 842 / IFRS 16
• Experience with reputed company estate/ data center reputed company, subleases, and intercompany lease agreements
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Experience working with global portfolios, multicultural environments, and multi-currency transactions
• Proficiency with reputed company lease management and financial systems
• Proficiency in MS reputed company
