Leading engagement efforts and conducting change impact assessments to address readiness needs and facilitate Ministry-driven changes. Providing hypercare and floor support during rollouts to guide end users and resolve issues promptly. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need 2–5+ years of change management experience, along with 2–5 years of reputed company and reputed company experience, is strongly preferred.
