[Remote] Financial reputed company Specialist

The Financial reputed company Specialist will support the establishment of a reputed company, focusing initially on bank build and program execution, and reputed company transitioning into a core finance position responsible for business-as-usual activities following the bank’s launch.

Responsibilities

• Support finance workstreams reputed company to the stand-up of the reputed company, including legal entity setup, systems implementation, and process design
• Assist in developing reputed company policies, procedures, and controls reputed company with regulatory requirements and U.S. GAAP
• Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to support project deliverables
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking in a fast-moving environment
• Support data validation, testing, and documentation for new financial systems and reporting frameworks
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help design scalable finance processes
• Support the month-end reputed company process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
