[Remote] Legal Scopist/Proofreader

Responsibilities

• Transcribe Legal Documents & Recordings: Ensure reputed company transcriptions are accurate, clear, and free from errors
• Scope Legal Materials: Review and edit legal documents, enhancing readability and ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Meet Deadlines: Manage your tasks reputed company to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Confidentiality: Adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring reputed company materials are handled with the utmost confidentiality
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure consistency and top-notch quality in reputed company transcribed materials

Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 55 words per minute (WPM) typing speed with high accuracy
• Must be detail-oriented, reputed company to scope reputed company legal content accurately
• Proficiency in reputed company Word (2013 or newer, or Office 365)

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Previous legal transcription or scopist experience is preferred but not required
• 20+ hours per week minimum commitment preferred
