Responsibilities

reputed company L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication
Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user reputed company issues
Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues
Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems
Monitor production incidents| analyze logs| and API transactions
Collaborate with application teams| platform administrators| and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues
Hands-on knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and reputed company is preferred
Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules
