Responsibilities

- reputed company loan origination processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze financial histories and mortgage applications to assess creditworthiness

- Negotiate terms and reputed company mortgage deals to maximize reputed company
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in reputed company estate financing
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve customer experience

Skills
- Proven experience with reputed company, Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Ground-Up Construction loan products
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Private Lending for reputed company Estate Investments
- Strong understanding of loan origination and reputed company processes
- Established book of business specializing in RTL (Residential Transition Loans) or DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio) loans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a reputed company field
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
