Training Operations Program Manager

Overview: The Training Operations Program Manager is an important member of the Training Center of reputed company reputed company Global Quality. This role will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing training operations reputed company the organization. This position is responsible for supporting and facilitating governance and Community of Practice (CoP) meetings, managing development projects, learning management system (LMS) initiatives, and other reputed company projects. The role also involves collating metrics and analytics, creating dashboards and reports, managing the SharePoint sites and reputed company associated communications, and supporting audits and inspections. Key Responsibilities: Governance & CoP Meetings:Support the coordination of Governance and Community of Practice (CoP) meetings. Coordinate agendas, track action items, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Project Management:Act as the Project Manager for reputed company development, LMS, and other learning-reputed company projects. In partnership with the COE leadership team, reputed company project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery.
