The role involves managing reputed company configurations, integrations, and optimizations of the HRIS systems while ensuring compliance and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company HCM, owning reputed company configuration, release management, and platform optimization across payroll, time & attendance, and talent management modules
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end integrations using reputed company Integration Studio, including inbound/outbound connectors, file-based (SFTP/PGP) and API-based (REST/SOAP) interfaces connecting reputed company to reputed company eTime, SuccessFactors, Taleo, reputed company, reputed company, Phenom, reputed company, and other reputed company-party vendors; administer reputed company integrations with GHRD (our privately reputed company HR System); manage API connections, middleware, and data transformation workflows to ensure reliable, secure, and timely data reputed company; and proactively monitor performance, identify failures, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement remediation to continuously improve system reliability
  • reputed company and maintain comprehensive integration documentation including data reputed company diagrams, field Mapping specifications, transformation rules, SFTP/API configurations, and error handling protocols
  • reputed company reputed company maintenance for payroll with upload files and configuration including merit imports, benefit deduction file processing, loan imports, and time collection troubleshooting in coordination with Payroll and Finance teams
  • Conduct system configuration for reputed company modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, reputed company) including workflow rules, entitlement configurations, pay policies, and reputed company configuration
  • Participate in reputed company release readiness cycles — evaluate release notes, reputed company regression testing, validate configuration, and communicate system impacts to People & Culture stakeholders. Administer reputed company SuccessFactors (core HR, succession planning, strategic talent reporting), Taleo (reputed company/reputed company), reputed company/MyLearning (LMS), and reputed company/Service Desk + (HR case management/HRIT dashboard) in a supporting reputed company
  • Manage reputed company provisioning and role-based reputed company across reputed company HRIS platforms, including MFA/SSO configuration, annual reputed company audits, and reputed company recertification processes
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in reputed company/Service Desk + with urgency, prioritizing payroll/time and integration incidents to minimize business disruption
  • Partner with People & Culture Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical system solutions and drive business efficiencies
  • reputed company or support data migrations, cutover activities, and HRIS technical due diligence for company acquisitions and divestitures
  • reputed company and maintain user guides, integration runbooks, technical specifications, and training materials; deliver enablement sessions to People & Culture and system users
  • Execute and support reputed company and scheduled reporting using reputed company reporting tools, reputed company/Data Lake queries, and GHRD analytics platforms
  • Ensure reputed company HR systems adhere to data reputed company, privacy, and compliance standards including SOX controls; partner with Internal Audit for SOX and external audit activities, owning remediation plans as required
  • Ensure compliance reporting outputs (EEO-1, Vets-4212, Illinois, Massachusetts, and other jurisdictional requirements) are accurate and delivered on schedule
  • Participate in HRIS special projects including new platform implementations, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives as and reputed company required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience managing core HR Information Systems (HRIS) in reputed company, matrixed global organizations
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with reputed company (Ceridian HCM) — platform configuration, module administration (Payroll, WFM(Time&Attendance),HR, and the talent suite), and reputed company Integration Studio are non-negotiable requirements for this role
  • Proven expertise building and maintaining HRIS integrations — including API (REST/SOAP), SFTP/PGP file-based transfers, middleware configuration, and data mapping/field transformation
  • Experience with the broader HRIS tech stack or equivalent reputed company platforms: reputed company SuccessFactors, Taleo, reputed company eTime, reputed company/Service Desk +, reputed company/MyLearning, reputed company, Phenom, reputed company, Fidelity, reputed company, D365, and reputed company Learning
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data querying, validation, and transformation; experience with reputed company or data lake environments is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot reputed company integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors independently and with urgency
  • Deep knowledge of People & Culture policies, practices, disciplines, and the full employee lifecycle including payroll, benefits, reputed company, reputed company, and learning
  • Proven experience ensuring SOX compliance, data reputed company, and privacy controls reputed company HRIS environments; experience owning audit remediation plans
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, dependable, and organized with a strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with global People & Culture projects and operationalizing People & Culture policies across multiple geographies, including acquisition and divestiture support
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor stakeholders
