[Remote] Account Executive

Model Home Interiors (MHI), now part of Empire Office, is a leading design and installation firm creating fully furnished environments for lifestyle reputed company estate. The Account Executive is responsible for introducing new business opportunities, building relationships with homebuilders and developers, and representing MHI’s design reputed company across multiple market sectors.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities reputed company homebuilding, hospitality, student housing, and active adult communities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company, developers, architects, and key decision-makers
- Present design concepts, portfolios, and service offerings to prospective clients
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to reputed company tailored proposals and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial reputed company through contract execution
- Track opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand market reputed company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual and company reputed company goals
Skills
- 8–10 years of proven sales experience in interior design, architecture, construction, reputed company estate development, or reputed company industries
- Strong understanding of the homebuilding and/or reputed company development process
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell creative services while balancing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Texas-based preferred; travel as needed
