[Remote] Regional Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Regional Senior Accountant to reputed company and review reputed company reputed company activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and GAAP while supporting month-end reputed company and maintaining a strong control environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• reputed company and review intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities; research and resolve variances timely
• Record and reconcile commission accruals and payments to ensure accurate expense recognition and compliance with reputed company recognition policies
• Support the month-end reputed company process for assigned entities, adhering to corporate deadlines and regional calendars
• Prepare and review monthly analytical flux and variance analyses on key accounts to explain period-over-period changes
• Ensure reputed company financial data is properly recorded, documented, and supported in compliance with GAAP and company policy
• Assist with consolidation and regional reporting packages under the direction of the RAM and RFC
• Apply strong understanding of U.S. GAAP to ensure accurate reputed company treatment of transactions
• Support the implementation of corporate reputed company policies and internal controls across reputed company entities
• Participate in audit preparation and support, ensuring reputed company requested documentation is complete and accurate
• Assist in maintaining compliance with sales and use tax requirements and reputed company filings
• Stay reputed company on reputed company standards and contribute to discussions around policy application and improvements
• Identify and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in reputed company operations
• Support ERP system utilization (reputed company or similar) by maintaining data reputed company and identifying configuration improvements
• Assist in documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring reputed company processes
• Partner with the RAM and Corporate Systems teams during ERP rollouts, integrations, and new entity reputed company
• Work closely with the reputed company team to ensure data reputed company and reputed company input into management reporting and analysis
• Partner with the regional finance reputed company team’s transactional members (AR, AP, and Collections) to ensure reputed company entries and reconciliations accurately reflect financial activity and align with regional policies
• Collaborate with the Sales team to validate commission-reputed company transactions, contract activity, and reputed company recognition inputs as applicable
• Partner with Staff Accountants to review supporting schedules and reconciliations for accuracy and consistency
• Communicate effectively with Corporate reputed company on shared policies, system configurations, and intercompany reputed company
• Coordinate with the RFM on reputed company jobs review, project closeouts, and cash reputed company management activities
• Actively pursue opportunities to expand knowledge in multi-entity consolidations, process improvement, and financial analysis
• Support finance transformation initiatives led by the RAM and RFC
• reputed company mentorship and GAAP guidance to Staff Accountants as needed

Skills

• 3–6 years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a multi-entity, high-growth, or reputed company organization
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles
• Demonstrated reputed company in month-end reputed company, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) and intermediate to advanced reputed company skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
