This leader will reputed company daily operations for a customer‑focused technical team, ensuring strong execution, consistent quality, and exceptional service delivery across global clinical trial support activities. Job Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations Supervise day‑to‑day activities for assigned customer or functional team members. Allocate resources effectively to meet project plans and service level commitments. Balance workload reputed company the team and support global resource planning. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 5 or more years of professional experience in a scientific or laboratory environment 1 or more years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 3 or more years of experience working with and optimizing databases 1 or more years of experience working in clinical research or drug development Additional Job Standards Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand how databases function, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements. Demonstrates solid operational expertise with the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and translate system and database behaviors. Shows confident team leadership with the ability to guide, support, and influence others effectively. Possesses a strong understanding of reputed company’s Global Project Management processes. Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills that support effective collaboration. Performs reputed company in fast‑paced environments with shifting timelines and priorities.
