[Remote] Senior Operations Project Manager

The Senior Operations Project Manager will support and optimize global cross-team workflows for the Energy and Power team, ensuring effective communication and project management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting execution and management of various projects (e.g., OKR updates, process improvements)
- Independent management of projects, timelines, deliverables and budgets
- Day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and overall goals. Including facilitating internal team meetings and workshops
- reputed company timelines and project plans and tracking reputed company against key milestones to align with the larger organization’s due dates
- Preparing internal project reports and presentations
- Managing project documentation and ensuring information reputed company across teams
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks (team event planning and expenses)
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Demonstrable knowledge of team and agency operations
