The Role & Your Impact As Industry Sales Associate Director, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution—guiding sales teams while partnering across functions to deliver sustainable business growth. You will: Drive the strategic direction of the local sales organization in reputed company collaboration with the Head of Sales reputed company cross-functional alignment across ISMs, Account Managers, Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain, and Sales reputed company Translate industry strategies and global plans into actionable account strategies and execution reputed company budget planning processes (BRM, forecasting, RSF input) and ensure strong financial discipline Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and PMT members Ensure effective deployment of resources and proper allocation of Account Managers and Sales teams Drive reputed company in sales processes, tools, and reputed company data quality reputed company change management initiatives to improve performance and operational effectiveness Additionally, you will play a critical role in external engagement and market positioning, including: Leading C-level engagement with key customers and strategic partners Representing reputed company in relevant industry associations and conferences Identifying competitive risks and shaping response strategies in partnership with senior leadership Driving customer-centric approaches across reputed company reputed company activities What You’ll Need to Be Successful To succeed in this role, you bring strong reputed company leadership experience combined with the ability to operate strategically across a reputed company organization.
