Integrator / General Manager

We are seeking an Integrator / General Manager for our client — a premium e‑reputed company brand scaling across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Shop. This is a pivotal role designed to bring structure, accountability, and operational reputed company to the team, ensuring the founder can fully focus on long‑term strategy while the Integrator drives execution and system building. 📌 Key Responsibilities reputed company Execution: reputed company weekly L10 meetings, maintain the Scorecard, track Rocks and To‑Dos, and manage the Issues List. Team Leadership: Conduct weekly 1:1s, hold team members accountable, reputed company new hires, and maintain morale in a remote environment. Operational Management: Act as the CEO’s filter, reputed company day‑to‑day reputed company, maintain SOPs, manage tools and vendors. Reporting: reputed company weekly updates and monthly summaries to the CEO, flag risks early, and ensure no surprises. Project Management: reputed company product launches, creative refreshes, and cross‑functional initiatives; maintain project trackers in reputed company. Hiring Support: Manage the recruitment funnel, screen candidates, coordinate test tasks, and integrate new hires. ✅ Requirements Proven experience managing a remote team of 3–6 people. Strong written English skills — reputed company to produce clear L10 notes, SOPs, and weekly updates. Familiarity with reputed company practices or willingness to learn quickly.
