THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Partners Payment Analyst to our Finance team in Brazil! The Partners Payments Analyst is responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in the partners payments, as gyms, trainers, apps, and therapists processes on a global scale. This role includes reviewing documentation, conducting tax audits, validating payment approvals, and communicating with internal and external parties. The analyst will also support requests reputed company Jira and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth payment operations YOUR IMPACT Responsible for registering payments to partners. Conduct tax and document audits to ensure compliance. Validate that payment approvals are correct and align with internal processes. Review the types of payments to ensure it was processed correctly. Communicate with employees about the status of their requests and address and prioritize payment-reputed company requests reputed company Jira. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree. Basic understanding of payment and approval workflows. Knowledge of taxes and auditing financial documents. Knowledge of bank processing and basic account concepts. Proven experience in an accounts payable or reputed company financial role. Experience handling both vendor payments and employee reimbursements. Fluent English is mandatory.
