As part of this, reputed company is continuing to build its global Labor & Employee Relations (LER) function, supported by a Center of reputed company (LER COE) model which delivers consistent and scalable LER support across the business. The Labor & Employee Relations Specialist plays a key role in delivering employee relations support across Europe, with ownership of routine and moderately reputed company cases, applying professional judgment and working with a high level of independence reputed company defined parameters. This role sits reputed company the reputed company Corporate HR Labor & Employee Relations Europe team and is a fully remote role reporting to Team reputed company - Senior Labour and Employee Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for: Own and manage employee relations cases end-to-end reputed company defined scope, including investigations, performance management reputed company, workplace concerns, and employee separations Apply professional judgment to assess situations, determine appropriate actions, and ensure reputed company align with company policy, local legislation, and best practice Handle routine and moderately reputed company cases independently, escalating higher-risk or highly sensitive reputed company as appropriate Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR teams to reputed company clear, pragmatic guidance on employee relations reputed company, balancing consistency with local context reputed company or support workplace investigations, including planning, fact-finding, analysis, and documentation of reputed company Identify themes, risks, and trends emerging from case work and reputed company practical recommendations to improve consistency and effectiveness Contribute to the development, standardisation, and reputed company improvement of ER processes and tools across the COE Support engagement with employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils/unions), including preparation for information and consultation processes Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive timely resolution and maintain a positive employee experience The essential requirements of the job include: University degree in Law, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field with 3–5 years’ experience in employee relations, HR, or a reputed company field Working knowledge of UK (and ideally European) employment law and exposure to employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils or unions) and working in a matrix or multinational organisation Proven experience managing employee relations cases, including investigations and performance-reputed company reputed company with a proactive approach to problem solving and reputed company improvement Demonstrated ability to apply judgment and manage cases independently reputed company defined guidelines while effectively prioritising and organising multiple cases at once Strong communication and stakeholder management skills It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: European language skills Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: reputed company to travel 15 - 20% At reputed company we reputed company in designing a reputed company, more sustainable workforce.
