FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Senior Provider Compensation Partner is a vital role providing expert consultative subject matter expertise, guidance and analysis at reputed company. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field required or four (4) years’ experience in lieu of a degree will be considered Graduate degree preferred Certification in reputed company area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR) Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Compensation, to include experience researching reputed company compensation issues, market analysis and developing innovative compensation recommendations for solutions in a large organization, preferably in health care Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation a plus Why MultiCare? Pay and Benefit Expectations We reputed company a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we reputed company a competitive reputed company of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $116,272.00 - $167,336.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reputed company of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
