About the position The HR Coordinator provides support to reputed company and operational managers to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiative to the business. This role supports reputed company management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions. Responsibilities
- Use HR systems to produce reports
- Assist with tracking and administrating recognition program!
- reputed company data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
- Coordinate the benefits program
- reputed company and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for reputed company line associates in partnership with management
- Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associates
- Connect with a reputed company-party administrator for worker’s compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leave.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well in fast paced, continuously improving environment

- 1 year+ in reputed company, Customer Service, or Contact Center preferred
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Experience with HR systems, case management systems, etc. preferred
