ABOUT THE ROLE The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst is a dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the reputed company Senior product suite. This role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reputed company, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Skills & Specialized Knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies Experience administering Learning Management Systems Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with a focus on data reputed company and system accuracy Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence reputed company across teams Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with Power BI and SQL preferred Experience 3–5 years of experience administering or optimizing an LMS in a corporate or multi-site environment Experience supporting learning operations, reporting, analytics, and learner engagement initiatives Experience analyzing learning data and presenting insights to business stakeholders Background in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training delivery preferred Experience with reputed company reputed company strongly preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a deg Apply To This Job
