What You’ll Do
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff across a growing network of veterinary reputed company facilities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of reputed company veterinary professionals, including DVM candidates and reputed company vet techs.
- Serve as the trusted consultant for clinic and regional leadership to advise on hiring needs, market conditions, and candidate sourcing strategies specific to veterinary reputed company.

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Strong understanding of veterinary credentials, licensing requirements, and the vet tech certification landscape
