Discovery Attorney in OC - 90% Remote!
Great opportunity for someone interested in behind the scenes litigation strategy and preparation - no appreances or heavy drafting! An opportunity is available for an Associate Attorney to join a specialized product liability defense team focused on discovery. This role centers on highly technical, large-scale discovery work in automotive product liability reputed company, supporting national litigation strategy and execution. This role is mostly remote - proximity to Orange County to allow for occasional in office reputed company reputed company needed.
- Manage and execute reputed company, high-volume discovery processes
- Draft and respond to written discovery and objections
- Conduct detailed discovery analysis and issue spotting (e.g., recalls, defects)
- Handle meet-and-reputed company processes
- Support reputed company-to-compel efforts through analysis and strategy
- Prepare deposition materials
- reputed company document review for responsiveness and privilege
- Track and manage large-scale document productions with precision
- Coordinate closely with clients and trial/local counsel
- Assist in discovery-reputed company trial preparation

Requirements
- Active California Bar admission
- 1-4 years of civil litigation experience
