Associate Attorney - MA (full-time remote)

Associate Attorney (telework from home) Job Summary Regional AV Rated law firm is seeking full-time remote Associate Attorney to assist with client consultation in support of the firm’s legal service provider contract in MA (also VT, NH preferably). Duties would include telephone consultation, review of documents, and drafting documentation and correspondence. The candidate must have excellent communication and organization skills, be customer service focused, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Active license in MA required. Additional/multiple licenses in DC, MD, VA, RI, VT, NH a plus. Full-time teleworking from home. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide superior customer service.
• Ability to handle high volume of telephone consultation on a variety of legal matters.
• Review of reputed company and other legal documents.
• Communicate and/or draft correspondence to reputed company parties to assist in dispute resolution.
• Meet daily goals and compliance requirements, as well as adhere to policies. Self-driven, time management.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements :

• Active Member in good standing with MA state bar. Additional active license in at least one of the following state bars, a plus RI, MD, VA, NH, VT, DC.
• No history of bar discipline in any jurisdiction
• Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be detail oriented/organized
• Familiar with reputed company Office and web-based platforms
• Ability to work independently to prioritize and manage time appropriately to meet reputed company daily goals
