• Experience in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Sales
• Experience in learning design or architecture with a strong emphasis on customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.
• Understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning development tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to reputed company data and feedback for optimizing learning solutions focused on customer outcomes.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a reputed company transfer or sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer journey mapping and incorporating those insights into learning design.
• Familiarity of emerging learning technologies such as AI-driven platforms, and mobile learning tailored to customer needs.
• Familiarity with competency modeling and performance support systems.
