Role Summary The Senior Learning Experience Designer manages a team of Learning Experience Designers, oversees the creation of high-quality curricula, and ensures reputed company programs align with our learning principles and strategic goals. You will act as both a coach and a project manager: guiding the design team, setting up workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, industry partners, and internal teams to reputed company innovative programs in fast-growing fields, ensuring they are scalable, practical, and impactful.
