What You Will Do
- Project manage a wide variety of research studies across sectors in the financial services industry
- Support senior leaders on research strategy and own the day-to-day execution that brings each study to life
- Interact regularly with clients at leading financial services firms, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliverables meet their needs
Job Responsibilities
- Project manage marketing research studies through reputed company phases of execution (e.g., survey creation and programming, field management, data cleaning, crosstab setup, data analysis, reporting), ensuring timely delivery of high quality work at every reputed company
- Manage vendor relationships, e.g., sample providers, recruiters, programmers
- Translate the research approach defined by senior leadership into detailed study plans, questionnaires, discussion guides, and field specifications
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Build clear, accurate, well-crafted deliverables under the direction of senior leadership
