Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Accurately input data from a continuous stream of scanned images into the arenaflex system, maintaining a consistent and error‑free workflow.
  • Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, medical records, invoices) by following detailed guidelines and classification charts.
  • Review and verify entered data against source documents to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations, applying best‑practice privacy protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve data discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to data entry workflows, system prompts, and documentation guidelines to drive continuous improvement.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift, ensuring that daily productivity targets are met before clocking out.
  • Perform additional office duties as needed, such as organizing digital files, supporting quality‑control audits, and participating in team meetings.

Compensation, Schedule, and Work‑Life Balance

We recognize the value of your time and expertise. arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with both part‑time and full‑time positions available. Full‑time employment is preferred, but we welcome candidates who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shifts are flexible, ranging from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to align work hours with personal commitments.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

  • Self‑Motivation & Strong Work Ethic: Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote environment without direct supervision.
  • Multitasking & Adaptability: Comfortable handling multiple document types and shifting priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Proven track record of delivering error‑free work, even when processing large volumes of data.
  • Quick Learning Ability: Capacity to absorb new instructions, system updates, and procedural changes rapidly.

  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 50 WPM with at least 95% accuracy, and 4,500 KPH with the same accuracy threshold.
