Key Responsibilities

  • Enter high‑volume customer data into arenaflex’s proprietary systems (SKP or DCS) with a minimum speed of 6,000 KPH while adhering to strict accuracy standards.
  • Process transmittal sheets, box contents, and other client‑provided documentation, ensuring all information is correctly captured and uploaded.
  • Conduct routine audits of entered data against source documents to verify completeness and correctness.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and account management teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Escalate critical operational issues promptly to the Data Entry Team Leader for swift resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX), ISO standards, and arenaflex’s internal health‑ and safety policies, including fire and first‑aid protocols.
  • Utilize the system to verify customer records, set up DCS screens, and transmit finalized data to clients.
  • Research and troubleshoot system data issues, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to streamline data entry processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable computer with high‑speed internet access and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision while staying aligned with team goals.
