[Remote] Account Executive (Hunter Role) - Arizona, Chicago IL, Philadelphia, PA or Denver CO

They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality to generate new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline through: Cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Strategic account mapping
- Networking and referral generation
- Develop and grow a book of business within assigned territory or vertical
- Establish executive-level relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and align solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quota
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to drive win strategy
Skills
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (Saas Platform and Pro Services Sales a must)
- Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills
- Experience building and managing a personal book of business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of self-motivation and accountability
- Ideal candidates must demonstrate the ability to discover and meet client's needs through an iterative, solution-oriented approach
- Consultative services sales experience selling to Enterprise and Commercial customers in both IT and business units outside of IT
- Must be a quick learner who excels in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to solve practical problems and possess strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Familiar with digital transformation
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at all levels of executives, senior managers, and associates across business and technology organizations
- Travel is required as needed to properly service your accounts
- ServiceNow or Saas platform equivalent experience
