[Remote] Sales Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is the recognized leader in team athletic gear, serving as the largest distributor of sporting goods in the United States for over 50 years. They are seeking a Sales Support Representative to support sales professionals by managing order processes, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, and facilitating communication between departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
- Research vendor issues and check availability of products
- Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros
- Managing sales reports for orders processed
- Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
- Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
- Responsible for keeping open communication with vendors
- Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
- Continuing education around knowledge of products

- Strong knowledge of our products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Proficiency in SAP, QOE, CRM (Engage), order flow management, etc
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
- Associate's degree preferred
- Team sports experience preferred
