[Remote] Engineering Technical Lead – Dozer Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. INA Solution is seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead to lead the development of a next-generation compact dozer for the North American market. This role will drive product development, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with global engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of a compact crawler dozer platform
- Define product specifications, performance targets, and technical requirements
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee development of key systems, including:
- Powertrain and cooling systems
- Hydrostatic drive system
- Hydraulic blade controls
- Undercarriage and structural design
- Electrical architecture and machine controls
- Ensure compliance with North American regulations and performance standards
- Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, service, and global engineering teams
Skills
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in dozer development or heavy equipment engineering
- Strong technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
