Role Overview – Data Entry/Operations Analyst (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking meticulous, detail‑oriented Data Operations Analysts to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fund document processing workflow, ensuring that every incoming document—whether received via email or through secure portals—is accurately matched to the correct investor vehicle or portfolio. While no specific domain expertise is required, you must be comfortable navigating web‑based applications, handling repetitive tasks with high focus, and meeting daily throughput targets.

This is a full‑time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Preference will be given to individuals who can align their work hours with either the Central Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) or the Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET). The engagement is approximately nine months, with a competitive hourly rate of $20 for a 40‑hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Retrieval: Access fund‑related documents from multiple sources, including email inboxes, secure web portals, and shared drives.
  • Accurate Matching: Review each document and correctly associate it with the appropriate investor vehicle, portfolio, or fund account.
  • Client‑Specific Instructions: Follow detailed client guidelines to ensure proper handling, classification, and routing of each document.
  • Verification & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks for data integrity, flag inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies before final submission.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with fund managers, internal teammates, and external partners to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily and weekly throughput goals established by your manager, while maintaining high accuracy rates.
  • Process Improvement: Identify repetitive bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to streamline the document‑processing workflow.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to organize large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
