Role Overview – Your Day as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the friendly face that greets every guest, the reliable cashier who ensures smooth transactions, and the proactive team member who helps maintain a clean, inviting store environment.   • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.

  • Assist with the in‑store food program, ensuring food safety standards and quick service.
  • Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping aisles tidy.
  • Collaborate with teammates to execute daily tasks, from merchandising to inventory checks.

  • Bend at the waist with occasional twisting for up to one hour per shift.
