Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative to join arenaflex’s inbound/outbound sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, guiding prospective and existing customers through the mortgage journey— from initial inquiry to final closing— while also handling account‑related requests such as payment adjustments, loan modifications, and service updates. Essential Qualifications
