Position Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous, highly motivated, and dependable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, compile summaries, and present organized information for internal stakeholders and management review.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and correct data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to streamline data entry processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Proven prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role involving high-volume data handling.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistent performance under deadlines.
