Take Flight With a Career That Matters

Imagine joining a team where every task you complete helps millions of people move safely through the skies every single day. At arenaflex, we believe the foundation of great aviation starts with great people, and great people deserve a workplace that values precision, growth, and purpose. We are inviting detail-oriented professionals to bring their analytical talents to our Human Resources Compliance division, where data integrity and regulatory excellence come together to support one of the most dynamic industries in the world.

This is more than a data entry role. It is a chance to become a critical contributor within a compliance team that safeguards the integrity of an entire workforce while ensuring every new hire meets the strictest federal and industry standards. If you are energized by numbers, motivated by accuracy, and inspired by the idea of working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, we want to meet you.

About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Compliance Data Analyst to support the HR Compliance team within the People division. Reporting to the Compliance leadership, this full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour, working standard eight-hour shifts from a remote home office. While our operational footprint is rooted in Dallas, USA, this position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to do meaningful work from wherever you are most productive.

The Compliance team serves as the gatekeeper for all background check operations, fingerprint processing, and regulatory reporting functions that enable our organization to maintain a safe, qualified, and legally compliant workforce. As a key member of this team, your day will be filled with analytical work, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with HRIS, Employee Central (EC), TSA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Postal Services, and Airport Authorities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the Access database, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all records are accurately captured and stored.
  • Acquire fingerprint and background check results, manage fingerprint clearance letters, and maintain the chain of custody for sensitive personal data.
  • Review completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and retransmit any necessary fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR Compliance data across multiple systems, working closely with HRIS and Employee Central (EC) to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Conduct advanced investigations, build custom reports and dashboards, and standardize all datasets used to support HR Compliance functions.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional teams daily to provide timely responses, resolve inquiries, and maintain seamless communication.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key regulatory partners, including the TSA, Airport Authorities, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Postal Services.
  • Fax, scan, and archive U.S. Customs results in compliance with document retention policies.
  • Interpret large volumes of data to develop meaningful reports that drive smarter business decisions and ensure regulatory readiness.
  • Educate internal business units on federal requirements, internal processes, and external procedures to strengthen overall compliance awareness.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Technical Skills – Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency is a must, including the ability to sort and organize data, build complex formulas, and execute VLOOKUP functions with confidence.
  • Technical Skills – Microsoft Access: Advanced working knowledge of Access, including the ability to manage, query, and troubleshoot databases.
  • Analytical Capability: Demonstrated ability to interpret large datasets and transform raw information into meaningful, actionable reports.
  • Organizational Strength: Excellent decision-making skills paired with strong organizational habits to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: A resourceful mindset with demonstrated critical thinking and investigative capabilities.
  • Policy Application: Ability to apply company policies and federal requirements in a fair, consistent, and objective manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) process and CHRC application procedures.
  • Prior exposure to the TSA Clearinghouse database and an understanding of its role in aviation workforce compliance.
  • Previous experience working in HR Compliance, background screening, federal regulatory operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Employee Central systems.
  • Experience communicating and educating internal stakeholders on regulatory or compliance-related processes.

Skills and Competencies for Success

Success in this role requires a balanced blend of technical expertise, interpersonal collaboration, and a deep commitment to accuracy. Beyond the formal qualifications, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: The ability to spot inconsistencies in data, recognize errors before they escalate, and ensure every report is flawless.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable working with team members, regulatory agencies, and internal clients with professionalism and clarity.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment and supports colleagues during peak periods.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new tools, evolving regulations, and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Integrity and Discretion: A deep respect for confidentiality and the ethical handling of sensitive personal information.
  • Initiative: A self-starter mentality that takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion without constant supervision.
