[Remote] Dermatology Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quest Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic testing and services, and they are seeking a Dermatology Account Executive. This role is responsible for closing new business in the specialized testing market, focusing on large specialty physician practices and clinics while collaborating with other account executives to support a collaborative selling model.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-up
  • Target and secure new business
  • Provide overall support and expertise to new & existing accounts
  • Increase discretionary business through insurance access
  • Provide immediate support for less complex issues
  • Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed)
  • Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of dermatology and melanoma market and Quest offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the DermPath labs to communicate customer and market trends/needs
  • Build relationships with the DermPath pathologists for customer engagement and communication
  • Provide MIPS solutions to customers
  • Drive growth through robust pipelining
  • Solution development for TC PC work in dermatology setting
  • Work collaboratively with the oncology account executive team
  • Record all sales activities in SFDC

Skills

  • Strong medical/scientific background and contemporary understanding of both genetics and molecular diagnostics testing
  • Five years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, or diagnostic sales
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills
  • Solid PC skills including Microsoft Software
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing or Life Sciences (Required)
  • Valid driver's license (Required)
  • Dermatology Health sales or marketing experience preferred
