[Remote] Sales Compensation Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trimble Inc. is a global technology leader seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to enhance their AECO Sales team. The role involves managing sales compensation plans, optimizing incentive strategies, and ensuring effective collaboration across global teams to drive revenue success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of Sales Compensation Plan documents, policies, and internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional global teams
- Own the monthly commission review and sign-off for critical business units, ensuring robust controls are tested and maintained within the sales compensation software
- Champion sales tool automation to improve efficiency for operations and sales teams, shifting the focus from manual tasks to driving high-value revenue
- Support additional commission related projects such as incentive programs, etc
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations with a dedicated focus on incentive compensation design in a fast-paced technology environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or an Operational field
- Proven technical mastery in Salesforce and advanced data visualization tools such as Excel, Domo, or Tableau
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership
- Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience designing multi-channel direct sales and eCommerce compensation strategies
- A passion for visionary pragmatism—thinking big while building scalable, working processes
- Experience managing change and expectations effectively within a complex matrixed environment
