[Remote] Global Client Director, Dedicated Accounts

Elite Technology is a leading automation platform for law firm operations, delivering a cloud-native SaaS platform that integrates financial, invoice, time, and data management. They are seeking a Global Client Director to manage a high-value strategic client relationship, focusing on growth, retention, and delivery excellence while aligning Elite's solutions with the client's business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive liaison for the client globally, ensuring trusted alignment between their strategic priorities and Elite’s offerings
- Own the global account plan, including revenue growth, retention, renewals, and cloud migration strategy for the client
- Drive year-over-year expansion through proactive identification of new opportunities across business units and geographies
- Partner with functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes for the client
- Manage complex commercial negotiations and renewal cycles, ensuring mutually beneficial, long-term agreements
- Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s business model, transformation goals, and technology landscape to anticipate needs and shape solution roadmaps
- Leverage data and CRM insights (Salesforce) to forecast revenue, track health metrics, and inform strategic decisions
- Represent Elite at client sites and executive forums, reinforcing partnership value and advocacy at the C-suite level
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts
- Strong proficiency in Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modelling and persuasive quantitative techniques
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios and achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and accountability
- Ability to travel up >50% as business needs require
- Role requires the following physical capacity: Moderate: 20–50 lbs – frequent lifting, bending, or standing
- Must be legally authorized to work in United States; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
- MBA preferred
