[Remote] Senior Director of Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forum Health is transforming healthcare through innovation and personalized medicine. They are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the digital growth of their Virtual Clinic and support their Inwell supplement line, focusing on performance marketing and online community growth.
Responsibilities
- Own digital strategy and hands-on execution across SEM, paid social, paid media, SEO, and email, accountable for acquisition, conversion, CAC, and ROI
- Build, test, and scale end-to-end online funnels from first touch through conversion and retention
- Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics, and drive continuous, data-led optimization
- Lead the development and ongoing buildout of the Virtual Clinic web experience, including landing pages, booking and conversion flows, and the digital front door for patients
- Partner with developers and agencies to build and iterate quickly
- Partner with the existing social media team to manage and accelerate the growth of our online and social communities
- Lead new Facebook Group lead-funnel initiatives, building, testing, and scaling community-driven funnels that convert engaged members into patients and customers
- Help shape content and community strategy that supports acquisition goals, working alongside the social team on execution
- Support and help execute the marketing plan to promote and grow the Inwell branded supplement business, including e-commerce, and content to our current patient base
- Assist in the B2B marketing of the P2P EMR, supporting demand generation, content, and campaigns that reach practices and providers
- Lead and develop a team of two, building a high-output, accountable, creative culture
- Work with the VP of Marketing to manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment, on-time delivery, and measurable results
Skills
- 8 to 10+ years of digital and performance marketing experience, including leading people or cross-functional contributors
- Proven end-to-end funnel building, required. You've architected and run funnels from top to bottom, not just managed pieces of them
- Deep, hands-on command of paid media, SEO and SEM, social media strategy, content marketing, and analytics
- Experience building or directing web development, including landing pages, conversion flows, and site buildouts
- Track record growing social and online communities, ideally including Facebook Group or community-led lead funnels, and turning engagement into measurable growth
- Comfort working across multiple businesses and switching between high-level planning and in-the-weeds execution
- Proficiency with AI tools to move faster and scale output, required
- Asana experience for project and team management, required
- Resourceful, high-energy, and genuinely excited about the industry and the startup pace
- Ability to travel occasionally to Forum Health practices or corporate meetings (as needed)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Healthcare, wellness, supplement and e-commerce, or integrative medicine experience strongly preferred
- Experience with WordPress, Basecamp, Active Campaign, and/or GoHighLevel preferred
