Fitpoint Talent Solutions is seeking a Fractional CRO for Financial and Digital Markets to enhance commercial performance and accelerate revenue growth. This role involves developing revenue growth strategies, aligning teams around commercial objectives, and improving pipeline performance in complex B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the revenue growth strategy across financial and digital market segments
  • Assess current demand generation, acquisition, and pipeline performance, then identify practical improvement priorities
  • Work with senior stakeholders to prioritise target markets, customer segments, and growth channels
  • Strengthen pipeline creation and conversion through clearer go-to-market planning and performance management
  • Align sales, marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams around shared commercial objectives
  • Support market expansion planning, including route-to-market decisions, partnership opportunities, and revenue priorities
  • Establish reporting, forecasting, and performance rhythms to improve commercial visibility and accountability
  • Advise leadership on revenue risks, growth opportunities, and execution trade-offs
  • Help build a repeatable commercial operating model appropriate to the company’s stage and market focus

Skills

  • Significant experience in senior commercial, revenue, growth, or go-to-market leadership roles
  • Experience working in financial services and digital markets or closely related sectors
  • Track record of improving pipeline generation, acquisition performance, and commercial execution
  • Ability to operate credibly with founders, executives, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong strategic judgement combined with a practical, execution-focused approach
  • Confidence using data, performance reporting, and market insight to guide decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
