[Remote] Data Process Specialist-Foundation

They are seeking a Foundation Data Process Specialist I who will be responsible for entering, researching, and maintaining data in the fundraising database, including posting gift batches and creating biographical records.
Responsibilities
- Entering, researching, and maintaining data in the fundraising database
- Accurately posting gift batches for all donations
- Creating new biographical records
- Researching and maintaining all levels of biographical information
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of work or educational experience using MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, and databases
- Highly detail oriented with critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis
- Good interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with varying contacts within the organization and outside contacts such as donors and vendors
- Very organized and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work load while adhering to policy and deadlines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well as a team member and independently
- Ability to understand and follow directions and complex policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidential data
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet occasional demands of peak workloads
- Raiser's Edge Fundamentals Certification within 15 months of hire
- Associate's degree
- Financial and statistical record-keeping techniques
