Payroll Specialist
Fabletics is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll team. This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve payroll matters.
Responsibilities
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data
- Respond to payroll-related questions with professionalism and care
- Assist with payroll reports, reconciliations, audits, and compliance documentation
- Partner with HR, Finance, and internal teams to resolve payroll matters
- Support ad hoc payroll projects, process improvements, and system-related tasks
- Stay curious about technology, automation, and AI-enabled ways to improve payroll work
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll, HR, accounting, finance, or related experience preferred
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation
- Recent college graduates with strong analytical and customer service skills are encouraged to apply
