Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with patients via inbound and outbound calls to discuss medication options, generic conversions, and therapy adjustments.

  • Collaborate closely with the Specialty Projects Team to execute targeted medication conversion initiatives, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
  • Conduct adherence outreach, monitoring patients’ medication usage and providing reminders, resources, and support to promote compliance.
  • Gather and verify patient and order information, maintaining accurate records in arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Navigate insurance, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements to answer patient questions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex clinical inquiries to a pharmacist while ensuring a seamless handoff and follow‑up.
  • Maintain a HIPAA‑compliant workspace, safeguarding patient privacy and adhering to all governmental regulations.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs and ongoing development sessions to stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and communication best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.

  • Residency in the state of Nevada and eligibility to work in the United States.
