As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels.

- Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Working collaboratively with a team of Customer Service Advocates to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be expected to:- Quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize sales and customer service communication skills to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with a team of Customer Service Advocates to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Are You a Good Fit?
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A stable work history and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
