Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to TurboTax customers via phone, chat, and video chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
- Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
- Escalating calls when necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service via various support channels
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues

Earnings Potential
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. With our flexible schedule and opportunities for overtime, you can earn a competitive income while working in a role that you love.
Schedule
* Seasonal Contract: This role is a seasonal contract that starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024.
- Flexible Schedule: Create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
- Available Hours: Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
- Weekday and Weekend Options: Work on weekdays and weekends, depending on your schedule.

Work Environment Requirements

Technology Requirements
To perform your duties, you'll need:
- A personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.

* Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
